產品品質有問題
得知您收到了有缺陷的產品，我們深感遺憾。在購買後 14 天內發送電子郵件至 petsavalo@gmail.com，並附上故障產品的圖片，我們將與您聯繫以解決問題。
退貨處理時間
我們會盡快處理您的退貨，在收到退還的商品退還後，我們會在1-3個工作天內處理您的退款。如果您在退回商品 3天后仍未獲得退款，請通過petsavalo@gmail.com 與我們聯繫，並提供退貨收據中的郵資信息證明，我們將對此進行進一步調查。

Qulity Issue
We are sorry to hear you have received a faulty product. No problem! Send our customer service team an email within 14 days of purchase at petsavalo@gmail.com, with images of the faulty product and we will be in touch to resolve the issue.
Return Process Time
We aim to process your return as soon as possible, but on occasions it may take up to 1-3 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not been refunded after 14 days of returning the item(s), please contact us at petsavalo@gmail.com with the proof of postage information from your return carrier receipt and we will investigate this further.
